Registration is open for members of Digital Life Norway Research School and Norwegian Research School in Neuroscience (PhD students and postdoctors).
- Three-day intensive course tailored for young researchers in biotechnology and neuroscience that will consist of lectures, group work and discussions.
- The course aims to prepare young researchers to be supervisors either at an early supervisor stage or before entering the role.
- The program includes topics on communication, aligning or discussing expectations, supporting autonomy through good feedback, time and conflict management and more.
All expenses (travel, hotel, diet and course fee) are covered by the research schools.
Sofie Kobayashi, Phd: She holds a PhD in Learning Dynamics in Doctoral Supervision from the University of Copenhagen. She is an university teacher and researcher specializing in lectures on PhD supervision and career development for PhD students.
Jan-Martin Berge (Psykolog Berge): He is a specialist in Clinical Psychology and Occupational Psychology and holds public lectures on topics like communication, work environment and satisfaction, work life balance and more. He won a price for best male speaker in 2019.
