"Value your data" is one of the pilots in the Roadmap to innovation project that highlights the importance of expertise competence in harvesting the potential that can lie in life science data sets.
About the pilot process: After following up with interested projects, we will select the project(s) to be part of the pilot. Next, we will identify an experienced data scientist/statistician/machine learner who will come to visit your project. In meetings with you and your team, they will try to understand what research questions you are working on, what data you have to try to answer these, and what statistical and computational methods could be used. Importantly, this pilot is about trying out some methods or looking at some questions that you have not yet been thinking about yourself.
DLN is now looking for interested DLN projects where we will fund the (extended) involvement of a data analysis expert.
If interested in learning more about the pilot, please reach out to us a non-committing message though this e-mail link.
"Value your data" - pilot on funded data analysis expertise
Are you a researcher working on a life science project that produces a large amount of data? Do you believe that your data has untapped potential that could be unlocked with the help of the right expertise? If so, you may be interested in the "Value your data" pilot within the "Roadmap to innovation" project.
