News from Centre for Digital Life Norway! – message from the centre leaders
Digital Life Norway (DLN) has had a busy and exciting spring welcoming new research projects into the Centre and collaborating across our competence areas.
Together with the Cell4Chem project, DLN co-hosted a "Bring Your Own Data" workshop in Trondheim with participants from Norway and from the EU project consortium. We also held an onboarding meeting with FISHCOMM, a new DLN project based at UiT studying communication and mitochondrial exchange in fish cells. Take a virtual lab tour on their project page.
The 2023 DLN PhD Internship program is also being finalized and ready to start. We look forward to connecting the latest round of PhD students with non-academic biotechnology placements and industries in Norway and elsewhere in Europe!
Are you going to Arendalsuka 2023? Join us there together with ELIXIR and NTNU Biotechnology for our session "Regler for åpen deling av data - til hjelp eller hinder?" on 17 August at Clarion Hotel Tyholmen.
And don't forget to register for Digital Life 2023! All research projects are expected to attend to make this a valuable learning and networking opportunity for the DLN community.
