PhD course in Metabolomics: methods and applications

This course gives an introduction to the use of metabolomics - the systematic study of metabolic profiles in biological samples and tissues. 

The objectives are to give participants knowledge of advanced NMR and MS techniques, including hands-on experience with processing and analysis of such data, used in metabolomics. Theoretical and practical aspects of these methods, including sample preparation, data acquisition, processing and further analysis will be discussed. The course is taught intensively during two plenary meetings in September and October.

The course is supported by  the Digital Life Norway Research School and travel and accommodation is free for our members if you apply for a travel grant.
