Oslo meet-up: Navigating Career Complexity with a Design Thinking Approach

The Junior Resource Group in Oslo invites you to our series of social gatherings, “Navigating Academic Life.” This session will explore the difficulties of career design, highlighting the often non-linear journey of a researcher. We will explore why careers can be seen as "wicked problems," filled with uncertainties and variables that resist straightforward solutions.

Registration is closed.

Through the lens of design thinking, we will introduce strategies for crafting a meaningful career path. Participants will engage in a hands-on exercise called the “Good Time Journal” and share their experiences in a reflective wrap-up. We will discuss how to apply these insights practically, how to start prototyping your career ideas, and how to move forward with actionable steps.
