Together with my brilliant research colleague, Biswajoy Ghosh, we've taken some exciting strides in broadening the scope of our project, tackling critical issues in Arctic farming. Our journey began with Farm-a-see, an initiative aimed at improving Arctic farming using acoustic imaging to monitor fish farms in real-time. We reached out to local farmers in Tromsø and Målselv with high hopes, but connecting with them directly proved to be more challenging than we expected. Despite this, we were able to gather valuable insights into the needs of the farming community through the contacts we made.
